Responsibilities
The Group Head of Organisation Design establishes and leads the strategic foundation for Human Capital and Career Architecture across the Group.
The role is accountable for designing, governing, and embedding core Organisation Design disciplines including Job Design, Job Evaluation, Job Architecture, organisation and job data management, Position Management, Business Sizing, and large‑scale organisation transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with Group strategy.
This leader drives enterprise‑wide organisational effectiveness through expert stewardship of OD frameworks, provides thought leadership on organisational capability and structure, and delivers results through a high‑performing team of specialists.
Manage relationships with strategic internal clients and act as a business partner to them
Develop key strategic insights based on external and internal information sources
Lead the development and implementation of strategy for an important area of responsibility within a function
Evaluate the capabilities of staff within the department to identify gaps
Contribute to the definition of organization structure by recommending reporting lines
Requirements
Experience in Organisation wide OD methodology (advantageous)
Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated, effective OD experience
Demonstrated success in implementing transformation, strategic workforce planning, career planning and engagement strategies
Proven track record (at least 5 years) of managing multiple, complex Org designs successfully
Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
Proactive problem-solver
