About the role
- Senior Consultant for SAP S/4 Service Development focusing on customer requirements and technical solutions. Involves collaborating with teams and implementing integration scenarios within SAP.
Responsibilities
- Consulting and implementation of customer requirements in the SAP S/4 Service area
- Technical development and customization of SAP solutions with a focus on ABAP (OO), CDS views, RAP, OData services, and SAP Fiori/UI5
- Working with the BSP Component Workbench and classic SAP WebUI technology (BOL, GenIL, PPF)
- Designing and implementing integration scenarios between SAP S/4 Service and adjacent modules (SD, MM, FI/CO)
- Performance optimization, debugging, and root-cause analysis in complex system landscapes
- Participation in new implementations and migrations of classic CRM service solutions to the modern SAP S/4 architecture
- Preparation of technical specifications and close collaboration with business stakeholders and project management
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an SAP developer or technical consultant in the service domain
- Solid knowledge of ABAP development, CDS, RAP, OData, and ideally SAP Fiori/UI5
- Experience with SAP HANA, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Strong knowledge of the BSP Component Workbench and classic SAP CRM technology
- Expertise in SAP S/4 Service or SAP CRM Service
- Understanding of end-to-end service processes and their technical representation in SAP
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
