Responsibilities
Design projects under the OD program, adapting solutions and approaches to effectively address diverse contexts of clients.
Adapt the design and application of the Community™ framework to the needs of individual organizations, demonstrating its utility across a broad range of geographic and organizational settings, while ensuring integration with other Community™ areas.
Optimize program resources to sustain delivery of tailored Community™ solutions overcoming operational challenges and ensuring alignment with both program and broader organizational priorities.
Advise management on program opportunities and challenges, enabling the wider consulting unit to align and remain responsive to evolving client needs.
Build internal capacity through learning and development initiatives, enhancing the team's consulting expertise and understanding of the Community™ framework while sustaining overall program delivery.
Lead technical discussions with clients, demonstrating sensitivity to their business needs and priorities while highlighting the utility and relevance of Community™ solutions in addressing them.
Engage with clients to demonstrate the practicality of project approaches and methodologies and the integration of proposed solutions, building a solid support base for the Birches Group Community™ framework.
Sustain delivery of projects and initiatives under the OD program by optimizing resource management and incorporating adaptive measures to remain responsive to client needs.
Devise tools and processes to sustain program relevance, evolve program quality, and ensure responsiveness of Community™ products and services to evolving priorities and contexts while ensuring client satisfaction and understanding.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields
Supplemental training in program management desirable
Specialized experience in team management and service delivery/project design in at least one of the areas of Community™ (i.e., Jobs, Market, Skills, and Performance) across multiple geographies and/or client groups.
Fluency in English essential to communicate in writing and speaking.
Knowledge of a second language (French or Spanish) desirable.
