Responsibilities
- Project leadership: Plan, configure and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions, integrating Microsoft 365 technologies and hybrid environments.
- Strategic analysis: Gather requirements, define technical architectures, and configure advanced identity and authentication policies (MFA, SSO, access governance).
- AMS support management: Resolve critical incidents, optimize processes and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitoring and evolution: Track updates, implement improvements, and align solutions with security and compliance best practices.
- Documentation and training: Develop technical materials and deliver training for internal teams and clients.
- Technical lead: Serve as the primary technical reference for complex, high-visibility projects.
Requirements
- Solid experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Entra ID and related technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure AD and Active Directory.
- Hybrid integration and automated identity provisioning.
- Configuration of MFA, SSO and access governance.
- Experience with AMS and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong command of cybersecurity practices and identity governance.
- Advanced or fluent English to conduct technical meetings and produce documentation.
