About the role

  • Oversee assigned initiatives and facilitate management-level forums
  • Monitor outcomes and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and deliver training in Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence

Requirements

  • Experience in operations management within finance, accounting, investments, actuarial, or retirement operations (minimum of 3 years)
  • 3 years of experience in process and performance improvement projects
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum)
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with statistical tools for data analysis (Minitab, SPC Excel)
