About the role
- Senior Consultant advising clients on implementing and optimizing Quality Management Systems with a focus on digital factories. Roles involve project management and training in QDA software.
Responsibilities
- Beratung bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (QMS) und -prozessen
- Durchführung von Analysen der Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Konzepte
- Projektverantwortung – von der methodischen Strukturierung über Budget- und Ressourcenplanung bis hin zur Umsetzung
- Schulung und Training der Kunden in der Nutzung der QDA-Software sowie Best Practices
- Integration der QDA-Software in bestehende IT- und Produktionssysteme (MES, ERP, PLM)
- langfristige Begleitung der Kunden zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Softwarelösungen und QM-Prozessen
- Weiterentwicklung der Beratungsmethodik mit Fokus auf Industrie 4.0 und Datenqualität
Requirements
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und/oder in der Beratung, vorzugsweise in der Fertigungs- oder Prozessindustrie
- tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement – von Methodik über Strukturierung bis hin zu Steuerung und Budgetverantwortung
- fundierte Qualifikationen im Qualitätsmanagement und in der Implementierung bzw. Nutzung von Qualitätsmanagementsoftware; Erfahrungen mit QDA sind ein Plus
- Branchenerfahrung in Automotive oder Pharma ist wünschenswert
- gutes Verständnis für die Konzepte der digitalen Fabrik, Industrie 4.0 und datengetriebene Prozessoptimierung
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations-, Analyse- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 15%)
- fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
