About the role

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen und über Berufserfahrung im Consulting mit Fokus Organisation Transformation, Change Management und Kultur
- Erfahrung in der (Teil-)Projektleitung von klassischen und agilen Projekten
- Starke Kommunikationskompetenz und Passion für People Themen
- „Can do" - Mentalität und Interesse an aktivem Veränderungsmanagement
- Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel
