Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of various equity and compensation plans
- Assist in managing supplier operations for equity record-keeping and administration
- Coordinate the execution of compensation programs using internal HR systems
- Prepare and execute annual compensation reviews and performance corrections
- Maintain detailed operational documents, including business rules, plan provisions, and process maps
- Monitor supplier performance and assist in implementing improvement plans
- Respond to customer inquiries related to pay, benefit discrepancies or education
- Oversee and optimize processes and procedures to ensure efficient benefit delivery
- Ensure accurate data transfers between the company and its suppliers
- Prepare and coordinate communications for quarterly enrollments and purchases
- Assist in the audit processes and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with employee benefits and/or compensation
- 6+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration
- 6+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 6+ years of experience using Human Resources (HR) systems
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
