Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams or small teams on client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Conduct process assessments and define future-state operating models across commercial functions.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and support end-to-end implementation of platforms.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage documentation (e.g., project plans, RAID logs).
- Support IT and commercial strategy definition, including CRM optimization and system integration.
- Drive change management activities, including training design, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing structure, insight, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience ideally in project-based roles within consulting or the life sciences sector.
- Experience within the commercial field, e.g. digital marketing or CRM.
- Technical understanding is a plus, especially for projects involving IT collaboration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva, or other CRM systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Ability to create compelling presentations and confidently present to diverse audiences.
- Proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable working in agile teams and remote environments.
- Experience working in global or regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance) is a plus.
