Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of cloud projects – from planning and execution to delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality expectations
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into actionable project deliverables
- Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams
- Proactively manage risks, timelines, resources and budgets
- Create project reports and status updates for clients and internal stakeholders
- Align with Nordcloud’s project management standards and best practices
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and project estimates
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing IT projects, especially cloud and application migrations
- Good understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) – certification or willingness to obtain one
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe or Kanban – certifications are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and process-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills – able to present complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Confident in managing customer expectations, contracts, and project communications
- Proven experience leading teams and taking ownership of successful project delivery
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in German and English
