Responsibilities
- Manage the data lifecycle, from collection and structuring to cleaning, modeling and provisioning for internal teams, always ensuring integrity, quality and adherence to business rules;
- Design, create and maintain tables in the production schema, promoting organization and integration of data from different sources and client teams;
- Serve as a technical point of reference for stakeholder teams, understanding requests, translating business needs into analytical solutions and promoting effective use of data;
- Conduct exploratory and deep-dive analyses, building studies and dashboards that provide relevant insights for strategic decision-making;
- Keep documentation up to date, detailing processes, pipelines, business rules and data structures to ensure governance, reproducibility and transparency.
Requirements
- Solid experience in data projects, especially in data structuring, cleaning, modeling and analysis;
- Strong SQL skills for complex operations and queries;
- Proficiency in Python for automation, processing and data integration;
- Skilled with spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and presentation tools (Google Slides), with strong analytical storytelling abilities;
- Proactive, collaborative profile with autonomy, organization, an ownership mindset and an interest in new technologies/methodologies;
- Investigative mindset and the ability to simplify complex problems for the business.
