Responsibilities
- Establish strategic direction for Business Intelligence initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed business decisions and improve operational efficiency
- Lead the design and development of complex information models, dashboards, metrics, and reports
- Innovate and enhance HR metrics, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Combine programming and Structured Query Language (SQL) expertise with business knowledge to create efficient, scalable BI solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions
- Ensure BI solutions improve business productivity and support data-driven decision-making in partnership with the People Analytics organization
- Maintain best practices in BI development, data governance, and reporting standards
- Consult and advise senior management in business and HR on metrics and reports
Requirements
- 5+ years in programming skills and with BI tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, SQL, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in HR and/or business analytics
- 5+ years of experience with project management and leading cross-functional initiatives
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Analytics, or related discipline
