About the role
- Eliciting requirements through facilitation, workshops, refinement sessions and other collaborative forums
- Produce tangible delivery artefacts such as user stories, requirement documents, workflows and process diagrams
- Development of business cases/High Level Assessments in conjunction with the commercial and design teams
- Facilitate decision-making and or clarity around ambiguous asks or conflicting requirements
- Identify synergies to develop and advise on strategic, repeatable solutions
- Surface opportunities to improve partner experience or business processes
- Drive strategic initiatives and influence decision-making at a senior level
- Challenge/ validate initiatives are aligned with our strategic objectives
Requirements
- Extensive experience (ideally 5+ years) in business analysis
- Expertise in stakeholder management and facilitation across all levels
- Strong understanding of commercial drivers and factors, as well as operational
- Demonstrable leadership and mentoring abilities
