About the role

  • Senior Business Analyst supporting regulatory projects through new systems to operationalise financial policies at the FCA. Collaborating with stakeholders and delivering key business changes.

Responsibilities

  • Support with regulatory projects to operationalise new financial policies through new systems and processes
  • Deliver key business changes and push process improvements
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement changes
  • Play a key role in the delivery and running of systems and services

Requirements

  • Has held a role(s) as 'Business Analyst' or 'Consultant'
  • Substantial project/programme environments involving business & IT change.
  • Prior experience within financial services, government/regulatory body, technology, consultancy (ideally IT consultancy).
  • Vast knowledge of business analysis tools, techniques, and best practices, including end-to-end requirements management.
  • Pragmatism in being able to adapt the right approach for the right situation.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in project lifecycles delivered within Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to leverage excellent written and oral communication skills.
