Responsibilities
- Design CRM workflows and map business processes to Dynamics 365 using BPMN and UML
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and test cases; support UAT validation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes and implement CRM improvements
- Partner with Product Owners to define CRM roadmaps and design tailored solutions
- Facilitate workshops and advise on Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices
- Lead CRM implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in CRM consulting or business analysis with a focus on Dynamics 365
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Advanced English (B2/C1) – essential for international projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Nice to have: Microsoft certifications (MB-200, PL-200, MB-210 or similar)
- Experience in change management and user adoption
- Project management skills covering initiation through closure
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience in international, multicultural environments
