About the role
- Build our brand from scratch – create visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and creative templates
- Lead B2B content strategy across all channels, focus on LinkedIn and thought leadership
- Write compelling copy from ad copy to long-form content
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to generate awareness and differentiate Colossyan
- Create visual content systems for brand consistency
- Shape video content strategy including product demos and thought leadership videos
- Own major content initiatives including product launch campaigns and brand pillar content
- Collaborate closely with leadership on brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Be creative conscience – push back when things aren't good enough and maintain high creative standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of building brands that break through the noise
- Strong visual design sensibility
- Exceptional writing skills
- LinkedIn content expertise
- Brand building experience, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS
- Creative template development experience
- Strong opinions, loosely held
- Startup energy
