About the role
- Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for client data analytics and governance support. Collaborating with account teams to design and implement BI dashboards and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the client and account team to design, build, and implement dashboards
- Ability to gather requirements, communicate with the business, and build final solutions
- Focus on client delivery and key stakeholder management
- Support the development of the analytics roadmap
- Contribute to Intake/Backlog, data dictionary, report inventory
- Partner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirements
- Design BI solutions to assist with account team reporting needs
- Proactively analyze the client’s portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirements
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data
- Technical documentation and process documentation as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering or Technology
- Business analytics or data visualization software experience
- Data mapping and modelling
- Self-motivated with a client-centric focus
- Power BI is preferred
- SQL is preferred
- Alteryx is preferred
- Power Automate/Apps is a plus
- Handling commercial real estate data is a plus
- High Level of critical thinking and judgement
