About the role

  • Ensure best in class email quality by implementing rigorous QA practices.
  • Perform quality analysis of execution of email campaign development, deployment processes.
  • Complete QA and testing of all messages to ensure emails are rendering correctly across major email clients, dynamic, real-time elements are functioning properly.
  • Perform end to end quality analysis of the campaign/journey set-up on the automation platform.
  • Work cross functionally with Email Operations team & business stakeholders to drive high quality QA processes.
  • Document all email policies/processes and provide suggestions for improvements and optimisation.
  • Provide recommendations on how to better plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
  • Ensuring project is delivered on-time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in a consumer environment (B2C)
  • Complete knowledge of Email development process
  • Complete knowledge of campaign execution process
  • Experience in any email marketing automation platform is needed. (SFMC/Eloqua/Pardot etc.,)
  • Working knowledge to execute email campaign programs using a email marketing platform.
  • A clear understanding of technical web design skills such as HTML, JavaScript is highly preferred
  • Understanding of basic database structures
  • Working knowledge of global anti-spam trends and legislation
  • Understanding of Email Life Cycle
  • Possess problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
