Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Web Systems, or related field—or equivalent QA experience
- 8+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/people management role
- Strong knowledge of software testing best practices, methodologies (white/black box, integration), and QA processes (system, acceptance, regression testing
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, jQuery, or similar technologies, with experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, PyTest)
- Experience testing APIs and working with XML, XSD, JSON, REST, and SOAP
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, and tools such as JIRA, GitHub, and Jenkins
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including cloud-native services (e.g., EKS, ECR)
- Experience testing modern applications, including AI/LLM-based features, and using AI assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate automation
- Experience testing security scenarios and partnering with Security teams on automated scans (e.g., container scans, TPS scans)
- Strong ability to design test scenarios and create detailed, repeatable test cases (functional and data-driven) while managing multiple complex projects
- Proven experience leading QA teams, scaling automation, standardizing processes, and influencing product/engineering decisions through data and risk analysis
