Responsibilities
Apply technical knowledge to prepare increasingly complex financial statement workpapers with neat and accurate work as part of a team with minimal coaching and supervision
Work independently to organize project activities and ensure tasks are completed within project scope and budget
Develop an understanding of client businesses and use this knowledge to help diagnose opportunities and suggest solutions
Coach and support Associates as they learn technical skills, systems, and processes and provide opportunities to apply them
Identify appropriate lessons from client interactions to contribute to the development of firm knowledge systems
Develop effective working relationships with clients through responsiveness and direct communication in order to influence and motivate them
Actively participate in initiatives to recruit talented people by providing time to speak with potential candidates and use external peer network to refer potential candidates
Seek opportunities to participate in the proposal development process
Prepare research for Managers and Senior Managers to support article writing for sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements
3+ years of related experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability
Produce high-quality work under deadlines
