Work within a cross-functional team to develop next-generation engineering perception and prediction solutions for aerospace applications
Develop innovative, nonstandard advanced machine learning algorithms for fleet optimization, advanced health management, and pilot training
Increase operational efficiency and safety of aircraft fleet operators by analyzing aircraft, maintenance, training, and engineering design data
Develop data engineering tools and pipelines to filter, organize, and understand text, parametric system data, imagery, and other forms of data collected during aircraft operations
Build, train and productionize cutting-edge machine learning models
Implement software development best practices to enable product deployment
Apply the latest machine learning and artificial intelligence technology from across industries, academia, and government
Requirements
3+ years of experience with software development using either Java, C++, or Python
3+ years of experience working in the field of Artificial Intelligence including Machine Learning
Knowledge of machine learning model development and evaluation
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate degree from an accredited course of study in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or other technical degree (preferred)
Experience with software development best practices (preferred)
Strong technical skills and effective written and verbal communication skills (preferred)
Desire to collaborate and innovate in an Agile software development environment (preferred)
Willingness to travel up to 20% (max)
Must meet export control compliance: "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 required
