Join Luminor as a Senior Analyst in Model Risk Management & Validation. Validate models crucial for credit decisions and regulatory compliance in a dynamic banking environment.
Responsibilities
Periodically perform and lead validation or risk models used for credit decision making, IFRS 9, internal stress-testing and ICAAP/ILAAP
Contribute and lead validations of models that are part of Luminor model inventory and validation plan.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of requirements for validation of risk models in Luminor
Contribute and drive the development and maintenance of Model Risk Management Framework
Outline and discuss model risk related findings with different stakeholders within Luminor
Prepare and present validation reports for approval
Drive the collaboration with other units to manage identified compliance gaps, issues and risks and to implement action plans and recommendations
Lead in providing the internal trainings to other bank colleagues on various validation and model risk management related topics
Requirements
Good knowledge of the Bank products, processes, IT systems, and regulatory environment surrounding risk management areas
Strong understanding of mathematical/statistical concepts needed for quantitative risk management
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to create a highly professional written material
Ability to drive independently various assignments in risk management area.
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
