About the role

Responsibilities
- Work on the development and maintenance of Identity and Access solutions, focusing on automation, security and integration of corporate platforms, contributing to the modernization of the IAM ecosystem and strengthening the bank's information security posture.
- The professional will be part of a multidisciplinary technical squad, with responsibilities ranging from orchestrating access flows and access pipelines to the secure management of secrets, credentials and tokens in cloud and on-premises environments.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in IAM, DevSecOps or Secrets Management (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, AKV, ServiceNow).
- Experience with process automation, integration via REST APIs and script development (Python, PowerShell, Shell, Groovy, Java or .NET).
- Experience with .NET full-stack development, including back-end and front-end.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and application security (TLS, certificates, tokens, hardening, access control).
- Preferable familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container and orchestration concepts (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Basic knowledge of frameworks and standards (NIST, PCI DSS, ISO 27001/27701).
