Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in fund operations
- Strong understanding of asset management middle office/back-office functions
- Experience with private fund administration and/or transfer agent applications
- Knowledge and an understanding of FinTech private fund platforms a plus
- Analytical, possessing superior research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain and resolve complex processes
- Self-starter, individual contributor
- Ability to maintain effective and mutually beneficial working relationships with internal and external counterparts
