About the role
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and deliver measurable business value.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, software engineers, and partners—to build scalable, secure, and ethically responsible AI systems.
- Build and implement AI models and pipelines that integrate with existing IT and data infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate across teams throughout the AI solution lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
- Explore and recommend AI/ML frameworks, platforms, and tools that align with project goals and technical feasibility.
- Apply standards for model development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management, with a focus on ethical AI and data privacy compliance.
- Receive mentorship from senior AI leaders while contributing to the organization's AI strategy and adoption.
- Report to TECHNICAL LEADER - AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and delivering AI solutions that support business outcomes.
- Preferred: Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in hybrid or multi-cloud setups.
- Preferred: Familiarity with MLOps practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Preferred: Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Preferred: Interest in mentoring and growing within AI or data science teams.
