About the role

  • Provide advisory support by analyzing needs and developing innovative promotion and communication strategies
  • Guide and influence stakeholders toward promotion and communication solutions that align with the department’s objectives
  • Manage promotion and communication projects involving multiple contributors and, at times, direct interactions with clients
  • Design promotion and communication plans and implement the associated initiatives
  • Write clear, engaging communications that capture the attention of external and internal audiences
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and optimal use of the department’s communication channels (emails, newsletters, website, presentations, etc.)
  • Measure the effectiveness of promotion and communication strategies, analyze results, and provide recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (communications, public relations, marketing, etc.)
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with financial products (knowledge of group insurance and group savings solutions is an asset)
  • Strong writing skills and creativity
  • Recognized for autonomy, analytical ability and leadership
  • Proven agility in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
