About the role
- Semantic Developer analyzing and integrating external data sources into graph databases. Collaborating with clients and teams on data processes and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and connect external data sources (e.g., via REST) and transform the data into graph databases (programming languages: Python and Golang)
- Contribute to the extension of semantic ontologies
- Participate in ensuring data quality and further development of data processes
- Support clients in implementing data processes through workshops, training, and ongoing consulting
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions in close collaboration with clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Completed degree in AI, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of RDF, Turtle, or OWL
- Experience with common tools and technologies, e.g., programming languages: Golang, Java, Python and/or R, SQL
- Ontology and taxonomy interface technologies (REST, SOAP, WebSocket, gRPC)
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and agent frameworks is an advantage
- German language skills at least C1 in spoken and written form
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
- Customer-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach
