About the role

  • Analyse customer data to identify meaningful segments and behavioural patterns
  • Develop and maintain segmentation models to support marketing and service strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to apply segmentation insights to campaigns and service design
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and dashboards
  • Support continuous improvement in data quality and segmentation methodologies

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with customer data analysis
  • Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Excel, PowerBI or similar
  • Experience in segmentation modelling and customer insight generation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in a regulated or customer-focused environment is desirable
