- You will work closely with business partners, analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate global security access requirements into design and configuration.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Workday Security Administrator required, with Workday security as the primary component of the job.
- Detail-oriented – Must be thorough and precise and audit regularly.
- Strong communication skills to explain security and technical concerns to non-technical, business stakeholders.
- Must have a proven record of handling, maintaining, and securing highly sensitive employee information.
- Experience working within a complex, global organization preferred.
- Must have a strong understanding of system release management.
- Experience in advanced Workday report writing and the build of complex calculated fields preferred.
