About the role
- Scrum Master responsible for mentoring Agile teams in a tech company focused on closing the digital skills gap. Coaching, training, and building relationships to improve agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coach, train and mentor people in successful agile delivery and agile mindset techniques, and know when to transition between these approaches.
- Provide coaching support across multiple Clients and teams at the same time, likely at different stages of their journey towards agility.
- Research and create innovative and impactful content for workshops, training, blogs and community knowledge-sharing.
- Build and manage trusted relationships with a large number of stakeholders - including ANDis, Club leadership and Clients.
- Improve ANDis’ agile practitioner levels and close agile capability gaps in your Club ANDis, as well as in your client teams.
Requirements
- Experience as an Scrum Master across multiple Agile teams.
- Experience working within a Consultancy/Professional Services organisation.
- A wide range of experience and expertise with software delivery and product development methods.
- Expert proficiency in facilitation of sessions, workshops and training.
- A high degree of self-awareness and active listening skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills that enable you to build strong relationships, and build credibility and confidence in you quickly.
- Ability to use powerful questions, and both quantitative and qualitative data to build high-performing teams.
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Delivery Lead in a software delivery team.
- Experience with scaling Agile or Agile transformations.
- Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile certifications.
- Shared your knowledge through either blogs or talks at events, meetups or conferences.
