Responsibilities
Responsibility for the SAP-based 'Customer Ticketing' solution in the Sales and Service Cloud (C4C)
Support for the integration, further development and maintenance of related service processes to handle operational customer service
Coordination of requirements management and design of IT solutions
Customizing and 3rd-level support for the SAP solutions you are responsible for
Close collaboration with national and international business units, process owners and other stakeholders
IT project leadership and participation in the context of SAP service solutions
Requirements
Degree in (business) computer science, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
Experience implementing and supporting SAP Sales & Service Cloud
Knowledge of SAP CPI, SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA or SAP FSM is advantageous
Analytical and communication skills as well as a structured way of working
Excellent written and spoken German and English
