Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control SAP S/4HANA projects applying best-practice project management methodologies (PMBOK, SAP Activate, Scrum) from initiation through post-go-live, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule and budget;
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring efficient execution of functional, technical, tax and integration tasks;
• Track backlogs, dependencies between workstreams and delivery progress, ensuring smooth collaboration between technical and business areas;
• Lead operational rituals such as dailies, weeklies, executive checkpoints and status reports to maintain stakeholder alignment;
• Proactively manage risks, changes and issues, keeping the RAID log up to date with effective mitigation plans;
• Work directly with consultants, analysts and business areas to resolve impediments and prioritize requests;
• Coordinate all testing phases: unit, integrated, UAT and cutover, fostering alignment between IT teams and key users;
• Facilitate critical sessions such as Fit-to-Standard, Cutover and Go/No-Go, ensuring team engagement and organized transitions;
• Support users and functional teams during hypercare, ensuring incident control and stabilization of post-implementation operations;
• Oversee SAP integrations with legacy systems and third parties via SAP BTP, CPI, Webservices, RFCs, IDocs and REST/SOAP APIs;
• Manage vendor interactions, controlling schedules, contracted scopes and delivery SLAs;
• Ensure complete project documentation: minutes, schedules, templates, baselines, lessons learned and formal PMO controls;
• Update and maintain status dashboards, operational indicators and milestones, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders;
• Actively participate in operational and strategic meetings with the PMO, technical teams, business areas and executive board;
• Ensure quality and sustainment of post-go-live deliverables, including functional and technical documentation, training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 8 to 10 years) managing SAP projects, with demonstrable involvement in at least three full SAP S/4HANA rollouts;
• Strong knowledge of Greenfield, Brownfield and Bluefield approaches, with experience in migration tools such as SNP CrystalBridge or equivalents;
• Functional proficiency in two or more SAP modules — desirable: MM, FI, CO, SD, PP, WM, EWM; DRC Inbound, DRC Outbound;
• Experience in multinational environments and global projects, working with stakeholders across different regions and cultures;
• Experience with fiscal/tax integrations using market solutions;
• Hands-on knowledge of management and operations platforms such as:
• SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Test Suite);
• SAP Cloud ALM;
• SAP Fiori; and
• SAP Enable Now;
• Familiarity with OCM (Organizational Change Management) and user adoption/cultural change management;
• Proficiency in project management and control tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, Visio, Roadmap Viewer, Office 365, SolMan 7.2;
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — able to lead status meetings, executive meetings, committees and global documentation.
