About the role

• SAP Functional Team Lead guiding teams in SAP implementation projects and overseeing functional analysis in Canada. Promoting team growth and managing project timelines in SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of SAP functional analysts, fostering their development and performance.
• Oversee support activities (incidents, change requests) according to priorities and SLAs.
• Plan and manage projects, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings to promote collaboration and problem-solving.
• Translate business requirements into concrete SAP solutions.
• Lead configuration and support for at least one SAP module (IBP preferred).
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure smooth system performance.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent.
• Over 10 years of recent professional experience as an SAP functional consultant, including 3 years as an SAP team lead, 3 years as an SAP functional analyst/expert, and at least one full SAP implementation cycle.
• Proven experience managing SAP functional teams and leading projects, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes and configuration across multiple SAP modules, including at least 3 of the following: IBP, SD, MM, EWM, TM, FICO and PP.
• Certifications in relevant SAP modules (IBP preferred).
• Well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Strong management, communication, planning and administrative skills; must demonstrate a team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude with a track record of high-quality deliveries.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience managing technical projects.
