About the role

Responsibilities
- You will be actively involved in exciting digitization and transformation projects
- Process analysis and optimization: You analyze business processes and identify opportunities for digital improvement beyond the SAP standard
- Use case development: You identify, design, and support SAP-related use cases, e.g., in sales, field service or reporting
- Teamwork: You work closely with interdisciplinary teams from UX, development, business and other departments and speak the language of SAP
- Consulting: You act as a sparring partner for our clients on SAP-related projects without developing SAP yourself.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in the SAP environment (e.g., SD, MM, FI, HR, S/4HANA — as a key user, project manager or consultant)
- You understand the SAP process landscape and can capture requirements precisely and translate them into solutions
- You have a sense for meaningful digitization outside the SAP core, particularly with regard to process-oriented, user-friendly solutions
- You work independently, communicate effectively and focus on delivering value to the customer
- You have experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., UX, Dev, Business) and can successfully integrate different perspectives
- You are familiar with agile working methods and bring a high degree of flexibility and proactivity
- You are solution-oriented and find innovative ways to extend and optimize SAP processes.
