About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the Cutover and Data Migration streams within the project
- Plan and execute Cutover activities, ensuring organization, governance, and adherence to deadlines
- Conduct data migrations from SAP ECC and legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the entire process
- Work directly with technical and business teams during go-live
- Manage risks and operate effectively in high-pressure situations
Requirements
- Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA projects, especially in Greenfield scenarios
- Proven track record leading Cutover activities in SAP projects
- Consistent experience migrating data from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
- Proficiency with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/Fiori)
- Experience creating and using Cutover templates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and in dynamic environments
- Prior experience handling simultaneous responsibilities for Cutover and Data Migration
