About the role
- SAP BTP Governance & Strategy Lead at Infosys Consulting supporting clients in adopting a robust SAP BTP governance model. Leading strategic roadmap development and BTP framework implementation.
Responsibilities
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive SAP BTP governance framework.
- Develop and socialize a strategic BTP roadmap tailored to the client’s maturity and business objectives.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and processes for BTP operations, including lifecycle management, security, integration, and compliance.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Conduct capability assessments and maturity evaluations to guide roadmap development.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices on SAP BTP services (e.g., Integration Suite, Extension Suite, Data & Analytics).
- Support change management and enablement activities to build internal capability and awareness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership on BTP strategy and governance.
Requirements
- **Required Skills & Experience**
- 8+ years of experience in SAP architecture, with at least 3 years focused on SAP BTP.
- Proven experience designing and implementing governance models in SAP or hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP services, architecture, and integration patterns.
- Experience working with clients in early stages of digital transformation or platform adoption.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and strategic outcomes.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and governance models.
- SAP certifications in BTP or related areas are a plus.
