Responsibilities
Realizar las tareas de carácter administrativo de soporte a la estructura comercial
Proveer de los servicios de soporte administrativo al desarrollo del negocio existente
Preparación de informes de facturación y/o consumo a medida según requerimientos y necesidades de los clientes
Introducción de precios en la herramienta de CMC y extracción de información y análisis de los gestores de GGCC
Preparación de documentación de soporte para las visitas comerciales de los gestores y para las reuniones
Búsquedas en SAP relativas a información sobre prospectos y clientes
Recopilar y aportar información para la preparación de concursos/tenders para la captación de nuevo negocio
Mejorar, adaptar y testar los circuitos y herramientas del departamento
Requirements
CFGS/FP II Administración
Idiomas: Castellano avanzado y valorable nivel intermedio de inglés (B2)
Nivel avanzado de Office y de SAP
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en departamento administrativo-comercial en tareas de soporte
