Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the Swiss sales budget, ensuring smart growth and compliance
Lead and develop a motivated team to foster performance and growth
Drive revenue and margin through strategic pricing, market insights, and targeted initiatives
Build partnerships, cultivate long-term relationships with key customers and support high-stakes negotiations
Create demand by expanding our footprint through specification work and channel development in the construction industry
Work closely with EMEA Sales & Marketing teams to shape offerings and launch new concepts
Represent the brand at trade fairs and industry events, strengthening our market presence
Drive innovation by contributing to cross-functional and international projects
Requirements
Preferably engineering degree with additional commercial orientation
Proven leadership experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within insulation, building materials, or construction
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and margin
Skilled in leveraging CRM tools and data to drive sales performance and decision-making
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
Willingness to travel across Switzerland
