About the role

  • Take full responsibility for the Swiss sales budget, ensuring smart growth and compliance
  • Lead and develop a motivated team to foster performance and growth
  • Drive revenue and margin through strategic pricing, market insights, and targeted initiatives
  • Build partnerships, cultivate long-term relationships with key customers and support high-stakes negotiations
  • Create demand by expanding our footprint through specification work and channel development in the construction industry
  • Work closely with EMEA Sales & Marketing teams to shape offerings and launch new concepts
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs and industry events, strengthening our market presence
  • Drive innovation by contributing to cross-functional and international projects

Requirements

  • Preferably engineering degree with additional commercial orientation
  • Proven leadership experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within insulation, building materials, or construction
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and margin
  • Skilled in leveraging CRM tools and data to drive sales performance and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
  • Willingness to travel across Switzerland
