About the role

  • Driving your own sales processes and achieving individual KPIs and targets
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a local team of Sales Executives
  • Ensuring strong team performance and supporting Sales Executives in complex B2B sales processes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior finance decision-makers (e.g. CFOs, Heads of Accounting)
  • Collaborating with SDRs, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth handovers and effective sales cycles
  • Managing and optimizing sales pipelines in HubSpot CRM
  • Contributing to Semine’s market growth and international expansion strategy

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales within IT/software solutions
  • Proven track record of leadership, with responsibility for leading and developing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of accounts payable, invoicing, or ERP systems is advantageous
  • Post-secondary education in sales, business, or a related field is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Dutch is highly beneficial
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and able to drive both individual and team success
  • Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by building and scaling new markets
