About the role

  • Oversee Sales Force Effectiveness strategy and performance for OTC products
  • Lead and execute SFE initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of OTC sales
  • Build and implement innovative solutions to enhance sales department effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyse team performance on quantitative and qualitative KPIs; provide conclusive reports and recommendations
  • Implement decisions to increase sales and maintain competitive advantage
  • Increase effectiveness of field forces through complex analysis, process optimization, and effective tools
  • Maintain best-in-class sales team performance tracking to achieve commercial objectives
  • Determine key metrics for field forces and manage monitoring systems for effectiveness
  • Daily management of external data suppliers (wholesalers and pharmacy connectors), external auditors and data sources (IQVIA, Trax, Salesforce)
  • Seek innovation in analytical tools and techniques; proactively identify business issues to improve performance
  • Strong cooperation with Growth HUB, Performance HUB and Customer HUB and regional/local business teams

Requirements

  • University degree in statistics/econometrics, economics/business administration, sciences, engineering or IT
  • At least 3-years background in Sales Force Effectiveness, analytics, sales, Trade Marketing or related fields
  • Deep understanding of incentives which make sales teams drive perfect execution of business objectives
  • Excellent Excel knowledge
  • Technical skills: Power BI, SQL, understanding of architecture of database (Snowflake), data modelling, data quality and management
  • Analytical and data quality controlling skills as a must
  • Fluent in English (B2 or higher) and Hungarian
