About the role

  • Support the Sales Operations team and global sales team in sales analysis and performance insights
  • Perform analysis, reporting and support for all aspects of the global sales process
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Excel and other business tools to analyze data and develop insights and inform decisions
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested
  • Participate in system enhancement rollouts and UAT for sales tools
  • Contribute to improvement of operational processes and sales enablement projects to increase sales organisation efficiency

Requirements

  • Extensive proven experience in a Sales Operational and Reporting capacity in regards to sales performance on a large global scale
  • Expert level with Excel / Google Sheets spreadsheets, with the ability to analyze numbers and reporting and translate them into presentations
  • Ability to understand and write complex SQL queries
  • Experience drawing conclusions from data and putting forward recommendations
  • Strong understanding of a sales pipeline, revenue, opportunities, conversion analysis and associated metrics
  • Ability to work independently on projects and complete analysis with little supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills alongside analytical skill and commercial view
  • Ability to work well within project/virtual teams and deliver results under pressure
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to establish credibility and act as a trusted advisor
  • Experience in creating Tableau dashboards
  • Experience in creating Salesforce reports and Dashboards
  • Highly efficient in Salesforce; comfortable with UAT testing for projects and system enhancement rollouts
  • Experience offering administrative support on improvement of operational processes and sales enablement projects across the sales org
