About the role

  • Test and validate RF systems and components using specialized equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes
  • Ensure designs meet regulatory standards for RF emissions and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), such as the FCC, CE, or ETSI
  • Design and improve RF circuits for next-generation radar systems, targeting avian, counter-UAV, and weather applications
  • Prototype designs to ensure good performance and provide documentation of the complete design and test results
  • Review the work of other team members and coach junior engineers
  • Proactively collaborate within a cross-functional team of electronics, software, and mechanical specialists

Requirements

  • Educational background (MSc.) in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • More than three years of experience in the design, simulation, and layout of high-frequency circuits
  • Thorough understanding of PCB design and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with software tools like Altium Designer and CST
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment in cross-functional teams
  • Certificate of conduct (VOG) may be requested depending on role
