Test and validate RF systems and components using specialized equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes
Ensure designs meet regulatory standards for RF emissions and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), such as the FCC, CE, or ETSI
Design and improve RF circuits for next-generation radar systems, targeting avian, counter-UAV, and weather applications
Prototype designs to ensure good performance and provide documentation of the complete design and test results
Review the work of other team members and coach junior engineers
Proactively collaborate within a cross-functional team of electronics, software, and mechanical specialists
Requirements
Educational background (MSc.) in Electronics Engineering or related field
More than three years of experience in the design, simulation, and layout of high-frequency circuits
Thorough understanding of PCB design and manufacturing processes
Experience with software tools like Altium Designer and CST
Fluent in English
Strong attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment in cross-functional teams
Certificate of conduct (VOG) may be requested depending on role
