About the role

  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot platform for sales, marketing, and customer service teams, including implementing and managing workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within HubSpot; work with custom code to ensure minimal downtime and maximum performance.
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards; present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue operations and ensure data integrity across systems; integrate HubSpot with other business systems.
  • Support revenue forecasting, planning, and implementation of revenue growth strategies and initiatives.
  • Train and support team members on HubSpot and other revenue systems; create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience with HubSpot, including system administration and optimization.
  • Experience with custom code in HubSpot.
  • Strong background in revenue systems management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese preferred.
