About the role

- Evaluate and report year-over-year asset variances for each client.
- Collaborate with other resource support teams to identify and communicate inventory variances.
- Minimize business risk through business control reviews and cross-training.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients through data-driven analysis.
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Science degree in resource management or related discipline.
- A graduate degree in a resource management discipline or business is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of investment property management experience with information management workflows.
- Esri technology platform.
- SQL Server or other RDBMS.
- Demonstrated ability in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong service and customer support orientation.
- Team player and a team builder.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
