About the role

  • Provide technical expertise and advice to support the development and delivery of requirements engineering activities.
  • Establish and systematically document the associated definition of customer/user needs and requirements early in the development cycle.
  • Conduct design synthesis, change and configuration control, systems integration, verification, and validation.
  • Support the successful and safe refurbishment, renewal, improvement, and/or extension of TfL assets.
  • Consider the complete problem and the required outcome including cost, schedule, performance, testing, manufacturing, training, operations, and disposal.

  • Interacting with risk, assumption, issue & dependency management processes.
  • Interacting with configuration and change control management processes.
  • Working on major projects and complex systems.
  • Working independently with limited guidance and quickly understand complex issues and tasks.
  • Working to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
