Responsibilities

Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden beim Einsatz unserer Legal-Tech-Software-Lösungen rund um Advoware
Bereitstellung von Lösungswegen bei fachlichen Anfragen
Erfassung und Dokumentation der Kundenanfragen im Ticketsystem
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Anwendungssupport und weiteren Projektteams
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder Rechtsfachwirt/in
Idealerweise mindestens ein Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Softwareanwendungen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Versiert in der Anwendung von Büro-Software, darunter MS Office
