Act as Amazon’s central point of contact for Quality Management and Technical (packaging products) performance across EMEA supplying countries
Lead cooperation between Divisional Operations, Quality functions and country/site Quality leads to harmonise Quality Management toward Amazon
Oversee quality control planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement activities across supplying plants
Support maintenance and roll-out of Amazon quality assurance plan and carry out internal quality audits on supplying plants
Coordinate contract & relationship management for Amazon including understanding contractual KPIs and driving monthly KPI reporting and local action plans
Manage customer communication and build relationships with Amazon stakeholders for quality performance and data
Coordinate compliance activities related to client audits and regulatory requirements (SMETA, Sustainability, Food & Product Safety)
Support customer projects and value opportunity development, identify and deliver improvement projects (e.g. PACE) and influence technical strategy
Develop internal standard tools and quality management approaches for the EMEA network and ensure consistent corrective/preventive action communication
Requirements
University degree within Quality Assurance course or an appropriate discipline (Sciences, Engineering, Business)
Previous experience in Quality Management roles in an international environment; involved in creation, roll-out and management of quality assurance with end customers
Good understanding of packaging manufacturing processes (advantage)
Experience conducting plant/process audits and problem-solving workshops
Experience in managing end customer complaints, audit programs & quality expectations
Strong knowledge and skills in Quality management components, control techniques and process improvements
Familiarity with 8D, PPAP, ISO 9001, TS 16949 and other quality tools
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience driving and managing quality projects
Ability to lead, negotiate and sustain networking relationships
Analytical, independent, methodical international people leader with high resilience
Strong presentation skills and Super User level in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel: Pivots, Vlookups, etc.)
Fluent English, spoken and written; local/regional languages advantageous
High flexibility and willingness to undertake occasional travel within Europe for on-site meetings
