About the role

  • Perform manual testing of newly implemented features to ensure functionality and usability
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the team to resolve them
  • Analyze test results and report on quality metrics, providing feedback to continuously improve product quality
  • Stay updated on testing best practices and methodologies to enhance QA processes
  • Contribute to release planning by identifying risks, setting priorities, and giving realistic estimations for QA timelines
  • Test new functionality to ensure high quality and smooth workflow integration, delivering a seamless user experience

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in manual software testing with a focus on functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking
  • Experience with bug tracking and project management tools such as ClickUp or JIRA
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail with the ability to spot and document issues clearly
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Proactive attitude toward identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements in the QA process or product
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of version control systems like Git is a plus
