Responsibilities
- Participate in user story design workshops: define acceptance criteria, testability, and datasets
- Design and execute functional test plans across multiple platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Create the datasets required for testing
- Conduct test campaigns using a user-centered approach
- Identify, document, and track defects using project tools
- Triage incidents reported by users
- Implement and maintain regression tests
- Define and implement the test automation strategy
- Develop and execute automation scripts (Cypress, GitLab CI/CD)
- Manage acceptance testing and produce the associated reporting
- Raise awareness and train internal teams (developers, QA, etc.) on testing and industrialization best practices
- Encourage the adoption of continuous improvement practices across the development cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of an associate degree (Bac+2) in computer science or software quality
- At least 2 years' experience as a QA engineer
- ISTQB Foundation certification (minimum)
- Proficient with mobile (iOS, Android) and desktop (Windows, Linux) environments
- Strong knowledge of debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, ADB, Fiddler)
- Experience with CI/CD and test automation
- Proficiency with Cypress, Git, and GitLab
- Familiarity with JIRA and Xray
- Experience with LambdaTest, BrowserStack, Postman, or Bruno is a plus.
