Independently manage all purchasing-related topics in project business and indirect procurement (e.g., services, capital expenditures, licenses)
Procure materials and services including preparing tenders, comparing offers, negotiating prices, and concluding contracts with national and international suppliers
Build, manage and further develop our supplier network – from initial visits and audits to regular supplier evaluations
Conduct market analyses and identify new sourcing opportunities
Coordinate with project management, planning and logistics to optimally manage requirements, schedules and supply chains
Support claims handling and ensure smooth project execution
Manage the operational needs of indirect procurement
Check and record deliveries and process the associated invoices
Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field
Professional experience in project procurement; experience in machinery and plant engineering is desirable
Proficient in using an ERP system
Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
Self-motivation, team spirit and enthusiasm for developing solutions that support our environmental goals
Good command of English; additional foreign language skills are a plus
